Calling for recipes and meal ideas from BLW families for new book!

Gill and Tracey are currently working on a new BLW book – The Baby-led Weaning Cookbook. We want it to be a great family cookbook that will make all those new to BLW feel more confident that babies can join in with ordinary, healthy family meals -and provide a bit of mealtime inspiration for ‘old hands’ too.

The recipes and meal ideas will come from BLW families – tried and tested by them and their babies. The book will show how easy it is to adapt meals for the early days and how babies’ skills develop so that they soon manage a variety of textures and tastes (pretty much anything, in fact!)

We would love to hear from anyone who has ideas, recipes, tips or anecdotes to share – in fact, any nugget of wisdom or meal idea that you think would be good for other BLW parents to hear about. Please email tmurkett@googlemail.com to send us a recipe or for more information.
